”The World is Queuing for a Toilet. Are You?

World Water Day, 22 March 2010, is a crucial moment to raise your voice and awareness of the global sanitation and water crisis.
WSSCC, End Water Poverty, and FAN have launched the World’s Longest Toilet Queue, a campaign to show support for the
2.5 billion people who don’t have access to basic human rights: a safe toilet and clean water.

Queues will be happening all over the world: this is a global mass mobilization bringing together campaigners to demand real change. Become a part
of the WLTQ by organizing or joining a queue.

Guinness world record qualification rules – be included in the attempt!

• Register your queue online at www.worldtoiletqueue.org
• Have at least 25 people queuing from 10 minutes up to 24 hours in a public place
• Have it take place on the 20-22 March 2010
• Have the Queue lead to a toilet – either real, mocked up or represented through a banner or picture.
• Record each name and signature of your participants on a registration sheet (available online). There must be two witnesses present to counter sign the records. Send your sheets in, with the total amount of participants to End Water Poverty at End Water Poverty, 2nd Floor, 47-49 Durham Street, London UK SE11 5JD or scan them
and email to info@worldtoiletqueue.org

Please contact suba@soroptimisteurope.org for more information.
